Gary has done a great job on projects that require interacting and coordinating across teams [. . .] This has allowed him to achieve a high level of impact.
Gary has shown both ownership, initiative and execution with the two main projects "FnD Presubmit Metrics" and "Code Ownership". Both these projects required thinking out-of-the-box, researching solutions, coming up with a proposal, coordination with various TLs/EMs, addressing multiple rounds of feedback and driving consensus. Gary pulled through, implemented all the changes, and fully landed them.

Gary is able to deliver strong results with minimal oversight. I felt I was able to rely on him to navigate complicated issues without my needing to closely follow every twist and turn.
He has a strong desire to work through issues himself to improve his understanding, which has helped him become a resource in those areas he has dove in on.

Gary's been a fantastic addition to Bracket and the Cloud team. Even with his limited industry experience, Gary has grown rapidly to become an independent and highly productive engineer.
Gary is very self-aware and has done a really great job in evaluating each of his 2-week cycle efforts to see what he did well and what he can improve on. He works hard on his improvement areas and this has driven his growth and broadened the trust he has within the team.

There was a very clear distinction between pre-internship and post-internship Gary's abilities to just get things done. By the end of your internship I had confidence that you would figure out a way to handle the technical challenges of the tasks you were working on.
