- Start in 50/50 where uke has triangled legs
- Turn to face uke's legs
- Face your chest to the floor and dive both hands & head under uke's far leg
- Reach over and back as you square up, now with a cross body overhook on uke's far leg
Defense
- Shift to have your ankles crossed
