Offense
  1. Start in 50/50 where uke has triangled legs
  2. Turn to face uke's legs
  3. Face your chest to the floor and dive both hands & head under uke's far leg
  4. Reach over and back as you square up, now with a cross body overhook on uke's far leg
Defense
  1. Shift to have your ankles crossed
