50/50 Split & Defense

Offense
  1. Start in 50/50 where uke has crossed ankles
  2. Drive your near side elbow into the space between uke's knees. You can use your other hand to help push down.
  3. Do a row backwards, retracting your scapula and extending your legs.
Defense
  1. Shift to have your legs in a deep triangle, and your weight forward
