The Big Cheese; switch out after 3 wins. Start standing, first to score wins. No guard pulls.

Basic Arm Drag

  1. Start standing, square stances
  2. Uke reaches for a same side shoulder
  3. Same side hand waxes off and guides across
  4. Opposite hand gets a deep triceps grip, plant your lead leg, and drag across and up
  5. Same side hand covers the far hip

Basic Run the Pipe

  1. Start on a single leg.
  2. Step with the inside foot.
  3. Step back with the outside foot while lowering your level and hinging down with your torso. a.k.a. 'hiking a football'

Keys

  • Keep your shoulder & head tight to uke's thigh, hip, torso.
